Hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but very convenient for the Disney experience. Good family location. Staff was professional, responsive, and nice. Note, there is no housekeeping except for towels. They say you have to ask for it, which I did but still did not happen. Not the end of the world but given price one might hope.

I paid to park for our stay but they didn’t have enough parking spots. They sell their spots to people going to Disneyland for $50, so most of the spots have cones blocking them. I finally found a parking spot late at night near the front of the property that didn't have a cone. They woke me up at 7am to tell me to move my car because that spot was reserved for their employees. They were incredibly rude so I went to the front desk. The person I spoke to apologized and said they have a contract with an outside company for parking. She said she would have the hotel manager contact me, but he never did. Also, they only have elevators on one side of the building. So if you're on the 2nd floor on the opposite side, and you need to use the elevator, you will have to walk all the way around the building which isn't easy. It's a long walk around. The room was very small for the price. They charged us $341a night which is ridiculous. At best, for what you get, it's worth no more than $99, even in a high tourism area.

Didn't care for the squeaking bed every time I moved, the hair found under my pillow, or the 6a banging and clanking of garbage trucks outside my bedroom on a Saturday morning. We have stayed at this hotel many times and we enjoy it every time. It is not the most up to date, but the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable after a full day at Disneyland. We love that it is walking distance to the park. We could also watch the fireworks from our room.

A Classic

This was an amazing stay - they were accomodating of our oversized vehicle. Room was super clean. Loved the laundry facilities. And they were quick to attend to housekeeping needs.
