Mosquito Infested Rooms
We killed 3 mosquitoes in our bathroom and I was bitten before we noticed they were there. There were possibly even more bugs than that in the bathroom, which is really weird for California. We requested to move rooms and the second room was definitely cleaner but still had 1 mosquito in it. But otherwise, the beds are comfortable and you can't deny the great location in relation to Disneyland.

We stayed at the Tropicana on a recent trip to Disney land. The hotels proximity to Disneyland was unbeatable. It made it very easy to come back for a mid day break. The swimming pool was perfect. We enjoyed the salt water and temperature! A few more umbrellas would have been helpful. The rooms were ok but all you need when you're spending the majority of the day out. We had a 2 bedroom room with a full kitchen. We used the kitchen more than we anticipated. The beds were comfortable. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disney land. The location is a huge selling feature

You pay for location not comfort or handicap acces
The parking was awful and the staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Rooms were clean appearing but when you look more gross. The mini fridge was frozen over and smelled. There door handle kept getting stuck. Manager Michelle is trash and should not be in a management position as she wouldn’t know customer service if it hit her in the face. Want to park in front of your room? Not a chance. Have a disability, they don’t care.

The hotel was simple and clean and in a very convenient location for walking to Disneyland. Parking staff and lobby staff were very friendly and efficient. The room (148) did have an upleasant musty odor but we were only staying for one night and it was tolerable with the window open.

This property was really clean and well maintained. We had our towels and garbage changed daily. AC worked great. So close to Disney and loads of places to eat. The pool was so clean. Only down side was the lack of water pressure in the shower, and hooks - we were 3 people staying in the room and only one towel hook. No hand towel hooks or anywhere to hang your wet bathing suit.

This hotel is nice an close to Disneyland and the staff here is excellent. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this property was the close distance to Disneyland. The inside of the room was OK, the sink had cracks in it. The carpet looked gross and one of the beds had a stain on the sheet. This place had the WORST in room coffee I’ve ever had. There was no coffee offered in the lobby. The staff weren’t that friendly EXCEPT the maintenance man he was friendly and courteous.

It’s great distance from Disneyland
The room was decent but because of the heat and the room being closed up before arrival it had a horrible smell that never went away. Also the toilet had a manure smell. There was a cockroach in the restroom. When we used the towels some of them still had other peoples hair.

Rooms and hotel grounds were kept very clean. Staff was friendly. We loved the convenience of staying across the street from the parks. The convenience store in the entrance was perfect for picking up any snacks or drinks. Overall we had a great stay.
