We've stayed at this hotel off and on over the years. The rooms are okay. The floors are old. But the problem was the trash being picked up. One morning at 6:30 the next 5:30. When you get to bed at midnight after a long day at Disneyland, its not what you want to hear.

Staff were friendly. Parking was hard but we did valet and it was the same price as self park, which was super nice. The location was the best part of staying. Right across the street from Disneyland was optimal with having a toddler who naps. We will definitely be staying here again!

Friendly staff, great location and room was clean, but it did have an overwhelming chemical cleaner smell that we had to air out. Only negative thing is that the walls are thin and we had a hard time sleeping because the people upstairs sounded like they were dropping bowling balls all night, so we had a hard time sleeping. Not sure we’d stay here again because of that, but it is a good spot.

Tropicana was clean and close to Disney. We usually stay at best western but it was booked for our dates. After walking at the parks all day, it is nice to walk across the street to get back to the room. The store in the parking lot is super convenient since the room does not include breakfast. It was a quick stop for coffee and snacks. Customer service was great. They assisted with changing our sheets after the kids spilled on the bed. The pool and hot tub are great. Would stay again.
