One bad room/trip but history of perfection

The location is perfection. We stayed twice before in room on 2nd floor—perfect. This time room 124–not good. It smelled musty and tub faucet dripped constantly. We let staff know after our first night, but it was never fixed. We stayed 8 nights. We have housekeeping once and had to request towels. One bad room still would not stop me from staying there again.

The location is perfect for trips to Disneyland parks. There are many restaurants within walking distance or quick Door-dashing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here agan.

We chose Tropicana Inn for its location from Disneyland and it did not disappoint. We basically just walked across the street and were at the parks! The hotel was very clean and safe. The staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. My daughter even forgot her jewelry box and the hotel staff called me as soon as it was found by housekeeping. They didn’t hesitate in telling me that it’s not a problem and they would ship it right away. Now that’s A+ service!! I would definitely recommend staying and will again if in area.
