Desperately in need of some TLC. The heater did not work, the bedding was threadbare and the pillows were flat and offered no comfort. The sink had no hot water. The door did not seal shut. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and everything smelled like weed. Everything is done through a window as you stand outside in the parking lot.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the bedding was completely unacceptable. The pillows and blankets had visible stains, and the entire bed had a terrible odor. It was clear that the linens were not properly cleaned or replaced. The bed itself had a ton of holes, like someone burnt cigarettes on it. This made for an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in hospitality, but this hotel clearly falls short. We ended up buying pillows and throw blankets from Ross. No one came to service the room or change towels and toiletries during our stay. The room reeked of cigarettes and marijuana due to the huge gap between the door and frame. The renter next to us had a jar outside his door in which he used every 20 minutes throughout the night to smoke. When leaving for the day we were greeted by him smoking in front of his door, with a sign on the door stating a non-smoking room. The air conditioning unit was filthy and did not function unless you put it to 61 degrees and it was so loud when turning on and off throughout the night that it startled us. There was missing light bulbs and the table was broken and could not be used. The shower curtain had blood stains on it and the towels were all stained. I do not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards. Had we not traveled 8 hours and checked in late, maybe could of handle this differently.

Photos are lies!

I was not expecting much, but the room was in terrible condition. The room was dirty: linen was not washed, shower and toilet looked like it was not cleaned, shower curtain had many stains on it, and the area around the peep hole had make up stains. The room was also marked as a non-smoking room, but due to the gap under the room door, cigarette smoke would come into our room. I recommend spending a little more for a better place!

No clean bath towels available. The chairs were ripped and stained. The walls and doors had unidentified stains. The staff was nice enough to give me free early check in. I left a few items behind and let me grab what i needed on multiple occasions. Parking was easier than looking for a spot at a grocery store, almost as if i had my own designated spot. I liked the microwave and fridge available. Didn't like the fact the tv only had cable and not Netflix or any other streaming services available for me to login to.

Update pictures of the whole room.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. The pictures makes it look halfway decent. The bathroom area was dirty. The rooms smell bad. It’s just in bad condition. The bed was stiff as a rock. Towels were old and dirty looking. On second floor there was no screen on the window. I mean if you aren’t gonna be in the room much you might like it. The area itself is not bad. And didnt have a bad experience being in the area. Just the condition of the room itself.

Aweful and dirty

Took a shower and there was hair in the bathtub, and there was hookers running in and out of one of the rooms downstairs. Horrible and dirty place to stay
