The resort is good for a family vacation. It offers a nice pool with an ocean view but the dining options are limited in this area so you have to drive out more than five miles to buy food. The resort needs more maintenance. The restaurant staff is excellent and so is the food. More staff is needed to maintain the property in better conditions.

Amazing hotel. Is a shame that the property lost part of the beach after Maria hurricane. The beach needs attention and cleaning of fallen trees. The beach looks abandoned. Only a couple of chairs without umbrellas.

It is a very good hotel in the west side of the Island. Staff were very good and its has a very convenient location. Nice Spot for a Family Weekend. The Beach is not good in this area. Everything else is great

The greenery on the grounds was well maintained and are beautiful, the pool is beautiful and the room was extremely clean however there is no beach as it looks like in the photos. Also, when we arrived one of the elevators wasn’t working, there are only 2 elevators, and the other was working ever so slowly and looked like it has not been maintained in 30 years.
