While the staff was friendly, the rooms were very dated. The door to get second bedroom wouldn’t shut, it looked like they patched holes in the wall but didn’t paint it to match and the top of the fridge was filthy. We only stayed for a few hours before our flight and did not spend the night. The area of town was run down and a guy at the McDonalds next door said it was a “bad area of town”.

This property is barely adaquate. You have to call a number on the door to check in. No phone in the room. Hotel needs work. TV and AC and fan didnt work. It tooks 2 tries to hsve maintence fix it. Its noisy in this hotel. Door slaming and furniture noise moving. I wont stay hrre again

The entire hotel probably needs a deep cleaning. Carpets, toilets, bathrooms, everything was dirty as if, it wasn’t washed/cleaned from many months.

This property is a converted apartment complex that has the smell of decades of smoking emanating from the carpet and walls. The room we were assigned had a badly beaten up fridge in it. Definitely did not feel safe.

If youre wondering that its too good to be true that a hotel in Anchorage is charging 100+ dollars less per night than the others nearby for a seemingly decent hotel room... it is too good to be true. Carpet in the hallways are beyond needing replacement, the floors in the rooms are unlevel, you can see shotty patch jobs all over the walls, I didnt feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets and blankets of the bed... place was like the equivalent of a $50 a night sketchy place in the lower 48.

I will never stay here again even though it was a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very worn down. NO elevator, and that was not in the booking. There is no attention to detail and fixing the old/run down facility. Holes were left in the walls. It cannot have been repaired for 10 years. I will pay the extra cost and never stay here again

We chose this property i Ititally for the price and convenience. Traveling with multiple parties I booked 3 rooms, one for my husband and myself, one for my dad and one for a friend not realizing that the rooms have a separate bedroom. I chose the same property a second time except I only booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and myself and another for my dad and the friend because I knew it had a separate bedroom. We would stay again!

Very dirty, I normally don’t fuss or give reviews but it was just dirty! Even the shower had visible dirt in it. The couch was gross to sit on. Atleast the bed sheets and towels seemed clean and the shower was hot!

This was the grossest place we've ever stayed. It is also NOT the hotel in the pictures! Expedia should be embarrassed to have this one listed. So gross!!!!

It was a pretty dingy motel with really old, worn furniture. One of the beds wasn't level and was made up so your head would lay at the bottom of the slant. There were capped wires sticking out of places. It's one thing if it was a cheap-o motel and was like this, but the room still cost $230 for one night which seemed overpriced to me for its quality. Needed a place to sleep though after getting in from the airport. Interaction with cleaning staff in the morning was lovely though, very cheery and nice.
