Room was very dirty, stains on all of the furniture, bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair on the towels and in the shower. The price does not reflect the condition of the hotel by any means

Very disappointed

This is a very old hotel which has not been upgraded since it was built.It is 3 floors with no elevator. The hall carpets were stained and in disrepair. We paid for 4 deluxe rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 room in our party received that room. Two of the rooms had a king size bed but it took up so much space there was no room for your luggage. The 4th member in our family received a very small queen room, which as I mentioned we were charged for 4 deluxe king with kitchenette. There was no air conditioning and the windows had no screens so one could open to get air.You should drop this hotel from your group. It reflects very badly on your company.

Don't Waste Your Money

No elevator, all hallway carpets stained and dirty with grit debris. "Clean" room had dirt on floor around waste can. Television did not work, curtains were torn and askew. Shower curtain was filthy and stained at bottom. Unpleasant odor. Window was open and balcony door unlocked. Air conditioning worked well though.

Roomed smelled terrible! TV didn’t work. Maintenance came 4 times and the TV just stopped working two minutes later each time. Changed rooms and that TV didn’t work either. And there was no shower curtain!

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. The rooms are not immaculate and the area around the hotel certainly leaves a little to be desired but it’s a fair price for a decent room close to the airport. Plus they have a free shuttle to the airport which is really nice early in the morning.

Great customer service, and shuttle, rooms are big- the breakfast is small but adequate. The 2 bedroom suite has rooms that are clean and spacious and a living room plus full kitchen. The hot water didn’t work on my second night and they offered to move us, but my elderly father couldn’t, luckily we had hot water by morning. NICE big kitchen!!

The place was in dire need for a renovation. The floor in our room was sticky, and the room smelled like dog urine. Room was dirty. People asking for money as I walked to my truck. Not a good experience

Derelict property visited by many unsavory individuals that appear in dumpsters to dig for items or continually bike ride in circles in the driveway that also required numerous repairs. The room had a door with gaps; the toilet seat was not in line with the toilet; the curtains faced an unkempt, trashed residential property, so remained closed at all times; the "kitchen" consisted of dented appliances that were inserted between old, decrepit cupboards, and the tv did not work.
