A great place to start our Alaska adventure. Except for having to carry our bags up a flight of stairs all else was great. They did have a staff member to carry our suitcase up and down so it was ok.

I asked upon arrival for a room close by they stated that they didn’t have any rooms available close by that they were full. This is a huge hotel and it was by no means full so I don’t like when they blow fluff we ended up in the very last room at the far end of the hotel no elevators when we arrived in the room everything felt damp and stuffy. I’m sure the sheets and linens were all clean, but they hadn’t been used and I’ve been sitting for a long time without being changed, I understand living by the ocean things like that can happen but when they don’t use a room for months, I would not use this hotel if I came back to Anchorage the restaurant was convenient and the food was good
