Great place after a long flight.

While the hotel is older, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing starting with the shuttle driver who had to pick us up at 10:00 due to a flight delay. The complimentary breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, and an assortment of cold cereals and sweet rolls.

Airport shuttle every 15-45mins, very convenient. Breakfast very good. This hotel is very close to seaplane airport so sometimes you hear landing or take off.

Checked in @2am and room door was open and room partially cleaned. Trash in cans and used wash clothes on bathroom floor. Woman at desk was apologetic & had to go up and finish cleaning room herself. Rooms were dated. Close proximity to airport and they offer 24 hours pickup/dropoff.

We had a very early flight and they were ready to go and we got to the airport quickly. The hotel had a nice grab and go for breakfast. That was such a great treat!

Comfortable generic chain hotel near the airport. Streets leading back to the hotel if you left for, say , gasoline were difficult due to one-way configuration. Difficult to assess value because Anchorage itself is very expensive. Rates were comparable.

The hotel is horribly overpriced due to cruise season and not organized at check in. I was told my room wasn’t ready and they’d call. Then a large group entered and they all received rooms. I got back in line and was given a room. Very rude. There was a brief power outage that resulted in no tv reception the rest of the night. The room smelled musty and damp. Definitely not worth the $450 charge.

Shuttle driver recommended a restaurant within walking distance that was great. Room was very clean. Only issue was no shampoo in our bathroom, thankfully I travel with small ones of my own. I'm sure they would have provided if I'd called front desk but thats not ideal when your half way through a shower. Continental breakfast provided a great selection and again, very clean/well maintained. Would recommend hotel to others seeking a stay on route to Alaskan Cruise. Very close to airport and Uber to Cruise shuttle was an easy 15 min too.

Breakfast was awesome! The lady working was constantly keeping the area and waffle irons cleaned and sprayed for next use. Hotel was clean overall. The shampoo& conditioner dispenser was broken. Half on the wall and half on the tub.

Could not use airport shuttle next morning because we were late arrival and they maxxed out seats on shuttle. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known I would need to pay for Lyft to go 5 mins.
