I dont ever review but man this place was a dump. I couldn't sleep everything was dirty even the bed and it was so nosie outside from people yelling the room and the building smelled like smoke i dont recommend !! Stay away !!

Smelled like cigarette smoke badly. The walls were stained yellow from old cigarette smoke. Could hear people snoring from one wall and a couple people drunk all night at the other wall. Would not recommend it.

Location is quite bad even though close to “downtown “ Everything is inside a room either not working or almost not working. You need pliers to operate stove. No plates or mugs, bathroom is filthy, small table almost collapsed. So on and so on.

Questionable choice

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the bathtub, sheets and bedding were clean and the mattress comfortable. However, the property is very dated, with noticeable wear and tear. For example, the window shutter in our room was broken and could not be closed, the table extension was broken, causing items to slide off. The heater was turning on and off intermittently. Regarding amenities, the refrigerator was loud, though the microwave and TV worked fine. The coffee machine appeared old or unclean. Finally, I was somewhat concerned about the surrounding area. There were loitering individuals outside, and we experienced an unsettling incident at night with someone attempting to enter our room.

#24 I liked clean white towels that smelled like bleach. The front reception man was VERY polite and apologized. Bed linens were colorful and mismatched, and I was ok with that. Electrical plugs that seem to be a fire hazard, huge cobweb above the bed, dirty Q-tip hanging from the bathroom fan, sharp rusty metal attached by a screw that looked like you'll need a tetanus shot if your get cut. Filthy walls. MOST of these issues could be fixed with a coat of KILZ paint and a screwdriver! Water pipe above the bed hanging on by one screw, empty fire alarm base, TV DIDN'T WORK, remote not in room and No KEY for my room so I had to visit the front desk every time to lock or unlock my room. PAINT IT. Buy a handle for the dresser.

I am a Australian travelling around in the USA for a few months. We have stayed in about 60 budget hotels since arriving. We chose to stay at the Creekwood Inn in Anchorage because accommodation is extremely expensive, and it was a little cheaper than most in its vicinity. I feel like I need to warn other perspective travellers that this hotel is old, tired, dirty and in disrepair. Our room had an infestation of the small German cockroaches. The bedding was old, and certainly not hotel quality. If I had my time again I’d definitely spend more on a higher rated hotel.

We needed a place to crash the night after our late night flight and the staff was extremely accommodating after our delayed flight. Checked in around 1 am. The property condition is average and could do with some upgrades. They mentioned they are in the middle of an upgrade and couldn’t provide us keys to our room. However, it was fine. The bathroom tub had scrapes which didn’t make it the most conducive to shower, but I did so anyways! Not my wife though :) If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash overnight, go for it!

This place is a joke very dirty and unclean they said they didn’t have a room key for us we walked in and walked right back out I can’t believe it this is on Expedia for rent of a room. I would not let my dog stay in that place.
