Overall, decent stay… wouldn’t stay again. Pros: Comfortable beds, good heating system (room stayed cozy warm!) nice pillows and impressive breakfast with hot food items still being served fresh 5min before breakfast ended! Digital key / online check in feature is terrific! Cons: The room itself is a bit outdated… especially considering this hotel was recently renovated. The hot tub was VERY DIRTY…. Like filth/slime lining the tub… lobby furniture is okay but dirty. The hotel halls and such itself were just overall dirty. Honestly, I’m confused what was recently renovated in this hotel because aside from the digital key feature I feel like the hotel in itself is still pretty dated. Especially considering their rate was pretty comparable to other Hilton hotels nearby that are nicer than this location.

All the employees we ran into had a smile and a friendly hello. Tofu is awesome. Very professional helped my daughter with a surprise party for me. The rooms wereclean. Pool area clean. Was told the pipe was broken for the hot tub jets, hopefully they will get fixed soon. This is out done

We have a new born that could sleep properly cuz the personas next to our room had loud music, keep running on the hallway and knocking on doors like crazy. And we reported but front desk didn’t do anything. The washers over there are to old that only takes quarters and when you ask at the from desk for some quarters they usually don’t have which means if you don’t have quarters you can’t do your laundry. That is what happened to me last night

Room was clean. Staff was nice. There was a miscommunication 12/15 with house keeping and they thought I was checking out. They took my sodas out of the fridge and I didn’t realize until later when I got back to my room.
