Check in was odd. All people in lobby had to wait until 4pm exactly for the cleaned rooms to be made available in their system even though the rooms were ready. Hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good but was not included in rate.

The hotel is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants, shopping, etc. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view of cook Inlet from our hotel room was amazing! The mountains were so majestic! Incredible view to wake up to.
