TV wasn't working at check in, called front desk, nobody came. Next morning, 2 men came and were in my room for an hour working on the MAC address w/tech support. I was unable to shower or take care of business and it was a HUGE Disruption. I tried reaching the manager and she magically wasn't available. Tried working the issue w/Travelocity and they sucked also.
