The were barely any choices for breakfast. We stayed two nights and each morning they were out of most options for breakfast and weren’t replenished. Lots of empty containers. Had to change room three times because the first one didn’t have working heat and the second one didn’t have a door that worked. The pool was freezing and didn’t have any clean towels, it was pretty dirty.

Staff was nice, but room was a nightmare. Not that clean, pubes on the sheets. Window was open when I finally got in the room, thermostat was broken with exposed wires and a big hole in the drywall. Slept in my winter clothes, too tired to complain. Told them about it, desk clerk was extremely apologetic and the Manager was there. The Manager never came out of their office. No refund. No apology. Nothing. And the desk clerk told the Manager about the problem.

The room itself was very clean and well appointed. However, the rest of the facility was dirty and run down from the lobby to the halls (bags of garbage) trash on the floors and down the stairwell. Loud and rowdy guests loitering in the lobby and dining area. So disappointed. This used to be a really nice place to stay.

The staff was great. The room was not. When I arrived the room temperature was 59 and there was an electric heater sitting on the bedside stand that I needed to turn on for heat. It barely reached 70 degrees even after a few hours. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose. Room was dark even with lights on. That being said, I was extremely tired and the bed was comfortable. The water was hot even though it never really turned off and dripped all night.
