When I arrived, they would not let me check in and I had to wait twenty minutes because there were no rooms. When I got to my room it looked like one of the beds pillows didn't get changed. I opened up the refrigerator, and it had food in it. (Takeout). The staff was not friendly at all.

Pool was closed 😟 the room was mostly clean a few hairs in the tub and sink in the bathroom water on floor in the bathroom like the toilet may be Leaky thermostat hanging off the wall “ screws pulled out of the wall “ Room overall was comfortable but hallway smelled of cigarette smoke

Clean rooms and lobby starting to show some wear and tear but ok. Places to eat within walking distance but wouldn't recommend walking at night. Quiet and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again for one night. Reasonable for Anchorage.

Good hotel close to the airport with provided shuttle. Breakfast is OK without many healthy options... It's pretty basic (but appreciated). Take a short walk up to Taco King for killer Mexican fast food. I never miss it. The hotel is a good value the money.
