Accessible room book but bathroom door opened in a way that made it ver difficult to get in and out with walker. Other guests were screaming in hall until 1am and was awoken at 3 am by a man puking in the hall

Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The battery pack on the door lock was hanging down by its wires. The room was extremely cold, so I turned on the heat. Not much heat came out, and the heater was extremely noisy. I went to sleep wearing my overcoat. The “quilt” on the bed was so thin it was a joke, and did not provide any warmth. I asked for a wake-up call at 8:00sm. As of 8:05, the phone had not rung. I then left the room. The walls and/or ceiling were thin, so I to hear obnoxious people above me making a lot of noise around 1-2am.
Door lock batteries hanging down when I arrived.
