I'm handicapped and when I parked at a handicap sign it was pretty tight with one of the vehicles parked too close to the sign. We were the ones that were called and requested to move our vehicle even through sufficient signage was visible through the front window. We have pictures.

Clean room and staff. Amenities just weren’t there (pool Out of order, no creamer or sugar for the coffee in the room.) and the parking lot was a mess needs to be plowed. And hard pact removed was super dangerous walking in and out of the place. The staff were all amazing and very nice and helpful.

The check in process was easy and I appreciated that breakfast and hotel shuttle were included. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was freezing. I tried to adjust the temperature but it seemed to be stuck on the same temperature. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom.
