The staff were ALL very accomodating and friendly, we are very well traveled and for the money this was the nicest hotel we ever stayed in...the continental breakfast was phenomenal and the facilities were fresh and clean, I'll givethem 8 out5 stars

This was a great home base for our week in Alaska. The kitchen added a great addition to not having to eat out every meal and or store leftovers. Loved having breakfast available in the mornings. The extra living space away from the bedroom allowed our family of four to have some time away from each other if needed. Our teenage kids used the pool which was a great release. Staff was friendly and engaging from front desk, housekeepers, bartender and engineering! Great stay, thank you!

One night stay in Anchorage after drive back from Homer and before heading out to Denali NP. We were quite tired after being up early for fishing trip in Homer. So quick check in was greatly appreciated. Also appreciated the black out shades. Bed was comfy. Only downside was our room faced mini nature preserve that is adjacent to the hotel and there are tons of sea gulls that made quite a bit of noise through the night and morning. Breakfast was okay. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the side facing the street was very noisy, with loud motorcycles and seagulls throughout the night. The hotel should consider installing double-glazed soundproof windows. We stayed at another Hyatt nearby, and it was much quieter.

The hotel was wonderful the rooms were great. Clean beautiful showers and a nice touch with the couch in room. Staff was excellent. Location was good. Only issue to mention was stay clear of attacking sea gulls in area.

This is a clean and peaceful place to stay away from the downtown area. Avoid downtown Anchorage and get an Uber or Cab if you want to go downtown.
