Arrived @ 1:00AM, with luggage and because there was no elevator we had to drag our luggage up to the third floor. Not easy trying to be quiet and drag up to third floor.

The room rate was very good for Anchorage. The person at the desk was very helpful. But the bed was way too old and soft. Also they have shared bathrooms.

Nice clean convenient room. Suggestion that you have toilets separate from the showers as if you have to wait in the am if others are going on the train at same time.

Very noisey as its on a main street and rhe windows are poor. One shared bathroom was scary. The shared bathrooms do not work well in the morning when everyone is luned up to use them

Really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Max was great in advance with providing regular updates on late check-in arrangements which made us feel a lot better. Arrival and check-out all went smoothly and the room and shared shower facilities were great. Highly recommendable!

Clean, honest, budget accommodation
The Ingra House delivers clean, basic accommodations at a reasonable price. The management clearly communicated with me regarding our late arrival. I knew exactly what to expect, and what I expected was delivered. The hotel has shared bathrooms which were very clean. The rooms are small, but the price is reasonable.
