Overnight. Just 1 night thankfully. Waited over an hour for shuttle even though we were told 10 minutes in 2 different calls. Filthy vans. Dirty room. No screens on windows and A/C covered in dust. Couldn’t wait to leave.

I must first say that the gentleman and his wife who manage this property are very nice. They are not the owners. This was the worst hotel/motel I have ever been in. It was so scary to be there and to spend the night. I blocked the door with a chair and stacked my luggage on top. Te window of my room was next to a junk yard. Creepy creepy. The next day I heard that one of friends had an extremely scary experience. A man with a metal stick was knocking at his door around midnight. Someone needs to inspect this place and address security issues.

I don’t know how this property is even listed on Expedia, this motel should be condemned and shut down immediately. We had to drive through a homeless encampment to get into the driveway and contemplated not even checking in, but it was late in the evening. Pillows, blankets, old furniture, carpets were all piled up outside under the stairwells. The room was dirty, outdated and had damages. Disgusted and would not take Expedia traveler reviews seriously again!

I was very disappointed that in your ad breakfast was included in the cost of the hotel as well as a pool. As we stayed at this hotel. 3 days it was a significant added cost that was unexpected Also we are both handicapped and the was on the second floor and was not handicapped accessible The hotel staff was very gracious in carrying our luggage up and down the stairs

I would not recommend this hotel. Although it was clean the room had a urine smell cover by cleaning chemicals. The area around was not in good condition.

Older 60 s style Hotel. Rooms and property were clean and well kept for there age It was adequate for base camp to explore city. No breakfast except coffee. No room cleaning for 3 days. Fresh towels on request. Convenient parking. Tv fridge microwave worked. Front desk helpful and friendly.

The staff at the hotel were phenomenal. Several of them went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I's stay was good. Our first room we were given was not cleaned properly and I went asked the front desk for clean sheets, Jason (front desk) responded "I can do better then that," and he proceeded to put us in of the best rooms in the whole hotel. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. When we checked out we were given a ride on the hotel shuttle to to the airport. I don't remember the name of the driver who worked at the hotel but I really good guy! Very friendly, we had a great conversation to the airport. He was professional and courteous. This hotel is near downtown Anchorage which is convenient and even though there was some homeless population outside of the hotel property the hotel property itself felt safe and secure. This hotel is a great value for travelers looking for somewhere to stay while checking out the beauty of Alaska!
