Nice folks to work with. The room was ok. Fans and no ac. We asked to make up the bed and towels would be fine. The only brought towels. Room was old and needs renovation. Bathroom door does not latch. We would not stay there again. The only positive is location in Eagle River☹️

Minimal breakfast provided. No eggs, breakfast meat and fruit available. The shower had no bar for disabled/ handicapped people. The cable tv had only a handful of channels available and the front desk had to fix the connection so the remote control would work. There was no heating in the room either. It's also next to a major road and there is a lot of noise from the cars going back and forth on it.

Nice place near Anchorage

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking can be pretty full at times. The breakfast is OK, but there is only one 2 slice toaster that is pretty slow. The breakfast is mostly waffles, pancakes, bagels, etc that need to be heated. A line forms quickly for its use. There is a microwave, but it is not great for properly heating these items. Need to have more capacity such as 4 slice toaster and /or more of them.

The staff on shift at the time of check in looks like an unhappy employee, not guest friendly. There is no gym in the facility, they say breakfast is included, but nothing is offered, they don’t even have bread, and not a coffee mate or half and half. Quality is insane for the charges they offer, I don’t recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was a good value for what i needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfadt was pretty good and better than a lot of places. The only thing i didnt really like was that the room was hot in the afternoon time (on side of hotel with sun) but it cooled down a lot once the sun was hitting it directly. Other than that it was an OK place.

The first staff was friendly and help us to upgrade the room. The second staff was not nice and did not offer the extend check out time. The bed sheets seem to be lack of stock. We have to wait long hours to get from laundry.

No screen on second story window. We were traveling with a small child. Told supervisor and asked why we didn’t report it, ahhh why didn’t maid service report is my question. A window bench was underneath window. Also continental breakfast was bagel, pancake, waffle. No fruit.

We had two booked rooms separately: Our room the cabinet fixture in the kitchenette came off as we barely touched it. Also, it claims that the room sleeps 4, however there is no sofa bed- there is a narrow 2-ft wide thin mattress put on a ledge where one person is supposed to sleep. Very uncomfortable. The other room that my friend's family had reserved had a strong smell, on complaint they offered them adjacent room which still had a strong smell. Since, they were travelling with kids and it was middle of the night, they managed with febreze spray. For breakfast: they primarily have cereals, and some breads so don't expect much.

Was ok. Needed attention in areas, bathroom door didn’t shut, carpets could use cleaning, clean cobwebs in corners in hall, clean filter on ice machine. Thought it was a little over priced, but then again we’re in Alaska. Breakfast was nice.
