Our king size room was extremely clean and quiet. The front desk plus onsite staff are super friendly, check in was quick and they didn’t hold an additional deposit against my credit card. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and we will definitely visit this property again next trip to Anchorage!

We arrived at 2:30 in the morning. The keys didn't work to our room and finally the staff switched our room. But they forgot to inform the cleaning staff! At 6:30 am they tried to enter our room. Someone anyhow. Then they came back 10 minutes later and began knocking. Then 10 minutes later the front desk called wondering who was in the room! The beds were small and uncomfortable. We had to ask for shampoo etc as none was in the room. Not any Kleenex either. We had asked for a quite room... At 7:30 am construction noise began outside our window. Didn't see that when we arrived because no more midnight sun! And because it was cruise season, the room was very expensive.
