The shower water got warm, but didn't ever really get hot. The WI-FI wasn't great. I had to keep reconnecting for it to work. The outdoor rooms are pretty noisy as you can hear people on each side of you, above you, if you are ground level, and outside crunching the snow as they walk around. The breakfast is nice and it didn’t feel unsafe. It's not the most relaxing place, but it's adequate.
