The first three rooms they tried to give us had no heat, it was -11 degrees when we checked in. During booking, the room descriptions do not inform you that some rooms (probably most rooms) have front doors that are accessed outdoors, not within the main building. This is a huge probably when its -11 degrees and you want to go get breakfast. Additionally, the keys and/or door lock kept malfunctioning, locking us out of the room. Did I mention is was -11 degrees outside!!! I asked about moving to the main building and the upcharge to do so was more than the original cost. The main lobby of the hotel was fine enough and breakfast was what most included breakfast is. However, our room was very dated and run down, not very comforting. The bathroom was very small and the tub looked to be from 1970s. The pillows were so thick that I could not use them. They use very thin curtains with lights right in front that shine into the room when trying to sleep. Because it is an outside entry, people walking by are constantly banging their shoes to knock off the snow. It was not what I was expecting and will not be staying there again.
