We love that they provide a shuttle from the airport. We only needed the room for the first night we arrived before we started our Alaska Adventure. Our room was older but worked exactly for what we needed, a room for a good nights rest after traveling. Love the lobby and the breakfast. Staff at the desk was really busy when we arrived but she handled it quite well, she did a great job. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Quite an old property, but clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, breakfast was ok and airport shuttle was great. The shower didn’t drain in our room and the air conditioning was as very loud.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. However, for our 4 night stay they never cleaned and restocked the room. One day they had replaced the towels and that was it. I had to ask at the front desk for extra towels, toilet paper and coffee. Everyone was very nice and the room was comfortable, but the lack of cleaning/restocking was a bummer.

This was a terrible disappointment of a stay. First off the price charged was not what was quoted. Room was very small (10x14) and not what their website shows. They never came to clean the room in the 3 nights we stayed there. Very little imenties in the room. Bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet, your feet where in the shower.

We reserved two rooms. When the first room was musty smelling and had stained sheets, we were charged $110 as an “upcharge” for the only room left. The front desk staff was cold and uncaring about it. The second room we had reserved had a broken towel rack, food stuck in couch and chair, no blackout curtains, jacuzzi tub covered with paint splatters, sheets so old they were pilled, no bath mat for shower, and a broken cover for the temp control on the unit. Under the cover was filthy.
