The building they put us in the first night was a dump. The rooms were outside access next to a road with people staggering up and down it all night. The heater in the room was on high and We had the door open most of the night. When we got back today to stay a different night, they had us in the same building but different rooms. Our room was not cleaned and mine smelled like the sewer was backing up into the room. They moved us to the main hotel which is featured on the brochure. I had to pay to get another room in the main building. My advise is to never use this place, it is one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

It was dirty, broken, worn out and located in an unsafe neighborhood. Food on the floor and in fridge. Sheets needed to be thrown away - badly worn. TV connection wires broken. Cabinet doors off hinges. Recent history of thefts. Terrible review by neighboring business staff. We stayed elsewhere! We ate the cost of our pmt. to Expedia.

They put us in a small room with no closet and could not find clothes hangers on the property when i requested something to hang my clothes on. The sink was next to the bed instead of in the bath room. Poor free breakfast.

Puffin Inn is OK for a quick stay

Puffin Inn had a shuttle from the airport which was nice. Check in process was efficient. The facility is pretty old. Our room is small but everything seems clean. We arrived middle of the night and leaving before lunch so not spending much time at the hotel or area to comment on proximity to activities.
