The property is a little tired and staff was adequate. Nothing remarkable in either but it was a good price for the area and did the job for our one night stay prior to check in for our cruise only a block away the next day! The carpet could’ve been a little cleaner but bathroom and linens were fine. Many restaurants etc within walking distance as well which was great!

We reached there at night time and whole parking lot was empty and for just one night they charged $40 for parking. Which was not mentioned anywhere.

The front desk staff were amazing specifically the manager on days. I did not catch her name but she was amazing! The hotel is a bit dated but well kept up and comfortable. Great walkable location downtown.

This hotel was expensive and very basic. Quite run down looking from the street. Very, very, very noisy street sounds all night long. Need new windows desperately. There was a dirty diaper, rotten food smell all throughout the floor we were staying on. A few of the employees I saw or interacted with seemed rude and uninterested in helping.

Poor parking.. only 12 spaces at $40 a night. Paid but couldn’t find a spot. Staff did not care. Hotel very old and dated. Front door broken and glass dirty. Breakfast was below average at best. Hotel needs major update of everything. Parking on street or pay to park in garage a block away. Location was great

The staff was rude, wouldn't clean room even when asked. False advertised they had an in house restaurant. And wanted to charge 40 dollars a day for parking. Would not recommend to anyone.
