Super nice for the price!

I absolutely loved the lady that checked me in. She was awesome. The hotel had saved me a 1st floor room at my request due to me having surgery, which was great, but they also have an elevator. My room was great. The only reason i gave 4 stars for service was because when i went to the desk when my tv quit working, the girl (different one that the one who checked me in) was clearly at a loss at what to do. She finally offered to call the maintenance man, but said he probably wouldn't want to come in because he was afraid of dogs (I had mine with me.) I said nevermind & that I'd deal with it. I found the receiver on the back on the tv and managed to get it working. Breakfast was great. My dogs loved people watching, but I disliked having a view of the atrium. Overall though, I'd recommend staying here and would again myself.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Had stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago and thought it was very mediocre. This trip, the hotel seemed very fresh. Breakfast hot and excellent variety. Pricing was very competitive for its proximity to Clemson. I’ll be booking again soon.

Room wasn’t clean. Cheerios in main area. Hair and dust in bathroom. Weird splatters on the wall- ketchup maybe? TV didn’t work at night but did the next morning. Heat never got over 68. We were too tired to say anything that night about the TV & assumed the heat would get going but never did. We didn’t notice the filth until the next morning. The next morning I told the lady at the desk and she said that room is on “the list”.
