Going back every year

Clean, great breakfast, location, great staff.

All of the front desk staff understood English (Russian and Romanian) which made check-in/out easy. The room was large and luxurious with a small balcony. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Daily bottle of water, coffee, and toiletries provided. This was definitely a high-end hotel. It's centrally located and about a 10 minute walk to the main square.

I stayed 2 different times over the course of 10 days. The hotel is very nice, very clean and has a good restaurant. The staff was amazing, wish I could remember names, one was Sudem? They were helpful in finding me places to shop, taxis, storing luggage, etc. They even sent up a little platter of treats one night. I would definitely stay there again. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet had many, many choices and cooked to order omelets.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the money Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, and we were not informed in advance that the hotel turns it off toward the end of the summer. The room was unbearably hot, making it difficult to feel comfortable. We had to sleep with the windows open, but the loud street noise and barking dogs made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Guests should be informed about these conditions before booking, especially when air conditioning is unavailable. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned, and the bed was left messy with wrinkled sheets after the housekeeper had supposedly cleaned the room. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better comfort, cleanliness, and service. The lack of communication and poor housekeeping significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others
