Angeles palace hotel stay away
The room was not even close to the pictures you guys have on your site. The mattresses was discussing, the furniture was all scratched up. The pools were very very dirty. I had to book a room at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. So much better!!!!

The room(luxury family room)is as bad as it gets. I think they need remodeling. There is an Extra towel Charge. I don’t know this is usual. Nothing gonna happen stay again.

Philippine holiday in Angeles Palace Hotel
Staircase have a couple of peeling carpets which is very dangerous. (no lift) The air conditioner does not blow cold air. Bedside lamp does not work, ceiling lights dark and 1 bulb not working, switch when entering room does not work. Bathroom is block, it clears slowly.Arrived at 11:30 pm and the room was not done, and no bed sheet, have to request towel, the following evening, room made brought two towels apologising they are a bit damp, BUT ACTUALLY smelt of BODY ODOUR! Brought them myself at the reception and have to change them. Four days when we comeback there are 1 or 2 cocraches quickly disappearing from somewhere when we enter the room. Not surprised, dirty glasses and bottles left for 3 days in the hall next to our room not cleared! Breakfast room, aircoditioned, at least 50 flies flying around covered food. I paid extra to upgrade my room and this is what they offer. I do not recommend this Hotel at all!

stay started not well..first room, A/C was not working, so i had to insist to get a new room...i finally got a new one, where AC went fine. Hotel is in Korean hand, so food is nearly all for korean.there is a free shuttle bus, which u can use until 4 am. just call the reception, they arrange pickup in Angeles. Staff very friendly and helpful. all in all, it is a bit far away from fields AVE, so you have all time to use free shuttle...the hotel is not in best condition, small renovations would be nice, to keep the whole object in better condition.
