The Blue Tree Premium hotel located in Florianópolis is located 1 block from the waterfront in the downtown area. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is very good, even offering custom items (omelets, etc). The rooms are clean and the bed/pillows are amazing. The TV/entertainment allows for customer sign-in to streaming services so you may continue to watch your favorite programs while traveling. There are multiple restaurant options within short walking distances. The only downside to this location is an all-night club directly in front of the hotel with loud music. If possible, request a room on the other side of the hotel building. Still, I have used this location for multiple stays and highly recommend the Blue Tree.

O sobrado é excelente, muito bem equipado e moderno. Apenas como observação, a jacuzzi não estava funcionando adequadamente.

Location is great, communication with the property manager was a bit of a hassle, filling extra forms and speaking with different people. The conditions of the apartment were disappointing. Really needs maintenance.
