If you are planning to gonto Angra da Reis dont wven tey tonstay in this hotel. I got there and apparently there werw not rooms avaiakbke for a reservation done with one month of anticipation. Me and family ere movee dtona posada, lower categoey place . The hotel does jot match what they offer in internet IT A SPAM, BiG LIE idont know how expedia make bussibes with this crooks im fightin my refund for such a bad experience

Um lugar Incrível, ameiii tudo no hotel. Obs: Só é ruim para que vai sem carro, conseguir carro de aplicativo é muito complicado. Seria viável providênciarem uma van disponível do hotel até os acessos rodoviária e aéreoporto. Nas proximidades do hotel.

O hotel atende o custo benefício, porém, necessário melhorar em alguns pontos. Recepção: apenas um atendente que na maioria do tempo ocupado com vários hóspedes. Quartos amplos, espaçoso e limpos, porém os que ficam para o lado do estacionamento no térreo se torna barulhento pelo fato que ficam no acesso ao restaurante Café é outro ponto importante na estadia. Atende a expectativa com uma equipe prestativa, mas falta ítens simples e importante como, requeijão, queijo branco e geleia. Boa variedade de bolos e pães O que mais me decepcionou foi servir suco em copos plásticos. Outro fato é que o café é servido num restaurante parceiro e fica distante da recepção, para PNE é um obstáculo e não consigo imaginar em dias de chuva já que não tem cobertura até o restaurante E para finalizar o hotel dispõe de quartos conjugados que não foi mencionado no app O local é silencioso e prazeroso.

Hospedagem período de Natal.
Minha estadia foi boa. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura , mas precisa de uma boa manutenção. A área da piscina está meio abandonada e faltou toalhas nos dias que fiquei hospedada, mas os atendentes se predispuseram a ajudar. São todos muito solicitos.

Avaliação prejudicada.
A primeira impressão foi de um imóvel velho, cheirando a mofo, mas realmente as instalações são antigas, móveis bem desgastados, mas ainda assim, o quarto é grande, e a ducha excelente. Não pudemos avaliar o café, pois caiu uma enxurrada naquele dia, deixando o restaurante sem água, o que precarizou o serviço. Pretendemos voltar com sol, pra ver se melhora.
