Great staff very helpful

This is a wonderful hotel. Peaceful but convenient for beautiful Pau. I returned after two months and at breakfast the lovely staff remembered me. A good sign. Super dinner and breakfast. High quality everything!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, staff excellent, food exceptional!

Loved staying at La Suite. The location within Biarritz was perfect, easy access to the beach, the shops, and the restaurants. The room was terrific and very spacious. The daily breakfast was terrific and the staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely helped make our trip to Biarritz so enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

The first room #16 was totally unacceptable with damp and mold settling around the vent. Not at all what we were expecting. After complaining we were upgraded to the largest room in the hotel which is what we thought we would get in the first place. The best part of the experience was meeting the chef, Olivier Lataste who created sumptuous meals for us.
