Amazing staff, very clean and well maintain accommodation. Close to Nagoya station.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly kind! The one concern I have is regarding their smoking vs non smoking rooms. A friend booked a non-smoking room, which it was, however, it seemed like half of the floor was smoking and the other half not. The floor reeked of second hand smoke and it could be smelled through the room, though less potent. It was pretty potent. I would encourage the hotel to make the entire floor non smoking or figure out a way to fix the smell of the second hand smoke.

Brand new hotel conveniently located in Nagoya. Good food all around, well designed and maintained rooms. Very good pricing for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area.
