In city centre and have a more restaurants and cafés I don't like don't safe staffs! I took one bag (2 bags tea and two packets of nuts (khurma) for one friends, but after 4 days my friend go to hotel and they said anyone didn't take here anything ( listed amanat) It's very bad

Odalar temiz, sıcak ve ferah. Otelin dizaynı genel olarak çok lüks ve konforluydu. Personelin alakasından çok memnun kaldım. Her talebinizle ikiletmeden ilgilenip, yerine getiriyorlar. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir noktada olması çok güzel, ihtiyacınız olan her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ankara’ya tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle tercih edeceğim.

The reception behavior with the client is not fine at all, and there is noise in the rooms because of preparing works, and they carry the garbage and the elevators, which leaves very bad smell in the elevator

Genel anlamda kötü olmasa da çok da memnun kalmadığım bir yer oldu. Kliması bozuktu ve kapıyla/kartla sorun yaşadım. Ancak resepsiyonu aradığımda hemen yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Genel olarak çalışanlar tatlıydı ve resepsiyondaki Buse Hanım çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı, her sorunumda oldukça ilgili ve yardımcı davrandı. Açık büfe kahvaltı yok ancak hoş bir bahçeye açılan restoran kısmında kahvaltı tabağı sipariş edebiliyorsunuz, o da çeşit ve lezzet bakımından iyiydi. Nevresimler temiz olsa da onlara temas eden pike ve kırlentler pek temiz değildi, yer yer anlamlandıramadığım kirler vardı ve temizlenmesi gerektiği çok açıktı. Oda temizliği daha iyi olabilir diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında güvenli bir otel, hiç tedirgin olmadım. Kızılay ve ADTCF gibi yerlere yakınlığı nedeniyle tercih edilebilir.

Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren çalılma arkadaşlarında bir dalga geçer vaziyette konuşmalar vardı.Elimizde yük olmasına rağmen odaya kadar eşlik edilmedi. Sabah çıkış saatinden 10 dk önce odanın kapısı zorla açılmaya çalışıldı. Odaya girdiğinizde kapılarda darbe izleri görebilirsiniz güvenlik olarak sıfır.
