The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was not that clean though and the area is not nice or pretty. This hotel is very secluded and far from everything. I did not like it at all, but it served its purpose. Best thing was the bar and staff!

Karşılama, temizlik, oda düzeni iyiydi ancak odaya yemek servisi olarak aldığımı yemekler başta lezzetli gelse de maalesef arkaşımla ikimize dokundu ve mide-bağırsak problemleri yaşadık. Durumu kendilerine bildirdiğimizde nezaketle dinlediler ve telafi etmek için çaba gösterdiler ancak yine de bu kalitede bu fiyatta bir otelde basit bir yemek insanları mutsuz etmemeli.

Ailemle geçirdiğim keyifli bir otel deneyimiydi. Çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve çözüm odaklı aynı zamanda yardımsever. Aynı zamanda buradaki gelirin bir kısmı Lösev'e bağışlandığını duydum ve bu duruma daha fazla sevindim. Herkes bu oteli en azından bu amaç için tercih etsin.
