The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate.

It was not clear where to park and the area near the door was blocked by orange cones. I also did not see any ramp for suitcase wheels or any other purpose. Maybe it was at a different area; I also saw only stairs (no elevator) from the lobby to the elevator for the rooms. If you can handle these issues, the hotel is great!

The room I stayed in at the hotel was incredibly noisy. Sound insulation is very poor. In the evening, a very strong smell of frying came from the air conditioner, we had to turn off the air conditioner. I definitely do not recommend

16 Mayıs da otelde kaldık 108 nolu oda öncelikle oda parasını kesinlikle hak etmiyor otel yaz moduna geçmiş dışarısı buz gibi yağmur yağıyor hayla oda da ısıtıcı olmadığı için sıcaklık çalışmadığı için biz donduk ki yemekte diğer misafirlere sorduğumuz da onlar da donduğunu ifade etti ayrıca odamızın camı kapanmıyordu sonradan fark ettik rezillik yani yatak içine göçüyor ayrıca yatağımız 2 tane tekli yatağın birleşmesi ile yapılmış birleşmesi mesele değil ama yatak çok kötü idi kesinlikle parasını hak etmiyor oda kahvaltısı iyiydi odanın ve otelin temizlik iyiydi ama diğer durumlar kesinlikle can sıkıcı idi.

Rakipleri zıncir otellerin çok gerısınde.otele girerken normal üstü yüksek merdiven basamakları var merdüven çıkışlarında kat levhası ve yönlendirmeler yok tepsidekî suyun ücretsiz olduğu bilgisi yok odalarda ses yalıtımı yetersiz. Bu gibi aksaklıkları iletmenize rağmen bir düzelme olmadı en az benzerlerıe göre %50 pahalı bir otel sadece temizlik düzeyi yerinde dolapta bataniye bulunmuyor

öncelikle gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen oldukça güleryüzlü ve ilgili karşılama için teşekkür ederiz. Tertemiz kokan rahat bir odada (belkide hallar bile yeni Silinmişti bilemiyorum) konakladık. Açık büfede kahvaltının taze ve çeşitli olması çok güzeldi. Gördüğümüz hizmet ve güleryüzlü muameleniz için çok teşekkür ederiz. Sanıyorum bundan sonraki Ankara konaklamalarımızı hep burada yapacağız. iyi çalışmalar dileriz.

Çelik konstrüksiyon güzel bir bina. Özellike sabah kahvaltıları gayet güzel. Tek eleştiri, belki ağırlıklı olarak bina projesine bağlı, odalar arası ses yaltımının çok zayıf olması, geceleri çok rahatsızlık vermesi.

Duvarlar cok ses geciriyordu hem yan oda bizim odamızın içerisinde gibiydi hem de çalışanlar sabahın 8 inde kata geldikleri için tüm sesler duyuluyordu. Oda fotoğraflardan küçük. 2 kişilik oda tutuyorsunuz tek küçük su ikram koymuşlar o da kahve çay vs içinmiş o yuzden mini bardaki sulara dokunmanızı önermem bunu da ilk defa bi otelde gördüm.

Keyifli ve şık bir otel deneyimi

Personel son derece güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, bir gece kalmama rağmen çok memnun kalarak ayrıldım. İş sebebiyle geldiğim için sezonda nasıldır bilemiyorum ancak kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük, belki sezonda başka bir salon kullanılıyordur. Kahvaltısı da olabildiğince zengin ve lezzetliydi. En kısa sürede tatil için tekrar gelmek isterim.
