Horrible. Find a better place to stay!

Honestly a really bad experience. Room smelled so strong of disinfectant that it made us sick, no window to air it out and we had to burn popcorn in the microwave to sleep. Breakfast was pretty bad! So we checked out the next morning and the manager said he would approve a refund for our 2nd night which we did not stay. Next day when Hotels.com called for refund approval the manager would not approve it! Totally unacceptable. Really sorry we ever booked a stay here.

We prepaid and received a confirmation, but we were told there were no rooms when we arrived. It was past midnight and we could not find another hotel. The front desk clerk was nice enough to allow us to use the bathroom, which was pretty gross, and we slept in our car in the parking lot. Not ideal.

Soooo nasty. We checked in and immediately checked out. The pictures of the beds tells the entire story. They would not refund our money; Hotels.Com has been unable to procure a refund.

I really loved the staff here, they were friendly and attentive. The property exterior needs updating and elevators installed, however the rooms were clean, quiet,and safe. I would stay here again if needed.

Stayed 10 days with family. Room was big, but the hotel is old and not clean, service was almost nonexistent, and breakfast was poor or sometimes unavailable. The only advantage is the low price.

The price doesn't reflect the quality, at all. You'd be better off spending more money at a different hotel. While the staff was great, the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. As soon as we entered our room, it reeked of mildew. We tried to ignore that, but the T.V was unplugged, the mirror was broken and the final straw was five minutes after we arrived, I decided to take a shower. I stepped in.. went to shut it... and the shower door handle clattered at my naked feet. Needless to say, I was upset. The staff was very helpful here and provided me and my husband with a much cleaner and pleasant smelling room--but for all the hassle, it just wasn’t what I expected for the price point. Also, the breakfast is very tiny, we opted to just hit an Ihop instead. Take this as you will, but it is rated 2 stars for a reason I suppose. However, the staff was amazing and it wasn’t their fault. I just won't book a Days Inn again.
