This was the cutest apartment! Right around the corner from local shops, and the balcony has an incredible view! Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Communication with the property support was awful. We wanted to schedule a cleaning by paying extra money and they still couldn’t arrange for cleaning as they just don’t respond or pay attention to the requests in time. I thought I read that I had a designated parking space although the parking structure was nearby. I felt safe in the complex and area. It was super cold in the hallway though. Apartment very clean and contained everything I needed!

Difficult check-in as there are no people there. Room was not clean I.e. hairs in tub, crumbs in couch, stains on sheets. Uncomfortable couch and bed. Super old throw blanket and silverware and weird 70s like decor. Overlooks construction site. Great location, terrible place.

Code failure

We had a terrible experience. Our code did not work. We were stuck outside for over an hour trying to have the code reset. The lobby, elevators and halls are dingy and smell. The room itself was adequate but I was afraid my entire stay. There was no body lotion and only two towels. No housekeeping. No water bottles. I’ll never go back. When I asked for compensation for the code debacle they only gave me 10% of my total stay.

Good location. Large accommodations. I wished I had known about the no one available on site. Check in very weird and not spelled out. I wanted to have my daughter stay one night but no way to get a cot or anything else I needed (toothbrush)

I will say the space was nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floors were dirty, as shown on the bottom of our feet. The only other complaint was trying to get in to the property with your bags. Having a dedicated space in front of the building to unload, and/or, at least, having a luggage cart to help with getting your bags to your room would have been very appreciated.

This is a perfect location and much better than a hotel for those who want to avoid eating out every meal. Small things keep it from being excellent, like a lack of a bath rug or hooks for towels; a lack of hand towels and sponges in the kitchen. Not deal breakers, but inconveniences.
