I liked that the property itself was interior decorated nicely and the staff was friendly. None of our rooms were not available when we arrived and despite being told we would receive a call when they were ready we just walked back after an hour or so to see if they were. The worst was that the heat was not working in either of the 3 rooms that I paid for, despite turning on the heat. I barely slept because I was freezing cold and uncomfortable. My main complaint was the heat not working, other than that the on property bar was nice as well as the rest of the property.
Great location, great for a family trip to Ann arbor. Walkable to everything. Hotel common areas are beautiful. The room was great though some things were a little awkward - more for aesthetics than function like the bedside lamps and bathroom ceiling.
