Property was excellent and the reservation staff were excellent. The bartender lady was a bit rude I felt. I asked her for a plastic utensils. She did give it to me but made me feel very small. I wasn’t sure it was because the color of my light brown skin but I will give her the benefit of doubt and assume she was just having a bad day. Overall if you ignore the bartender lady the experience will be wonderful.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. The only downside to the room was the wad of hair in the shower from a different customer. Other than that, we could not have asked for a better experience.

Great A2 Hotel

This is my go-to for mom weekends and visits to the U of M to see our son. It is clean and modern and the staff is really nice.

The property was nice the breakfast was great, nice selections. The dining service was friendly, efficient and excellent server. The room was comfortable, my only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. All showers should have a handheld wand to rinse the soap off your body. The area near the hotel has pot holes, the parking lot needs care or replaced.

The hotel was nice and close to the university of Michigan. It did have a restaurant, but we did not see anybody in it. And we were there on a Saturday night. It also did not include breakfast. The room was nice.

Ok Stay

It was a basic hotel. Some of the bathroom towels had a strong bleach smell. Glad they were clean but it was overly strong. And the bedding was thin & cheap looking. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had no other options.
