The property was close to the highway and not that far from the University of Michigan. It is very tired and needs a good facelift. The beds were not that comfortable and the walls are very thin. The staff was very nice.. just the property lacks a lot.

Room had no fridge (apparently not available in the standard room) no iron in room and none available at the front desk. Door to room did not close properly and the property is lit up like a runway - room very bright.

The Inn is located one block from a city bus line and had really convenient access to the central campus of the University of Michigan. There is a very fine grocery store just adjacent to the Inn, which helped tremendously. The bed bugs were the primary downside--I got bitten on the second night of a three night stay. Very small, wiggly bugs cruised the bathroom floor, but were not bothersome otherwise.
