Friday night: There appeared to be a hotel full house with only one person working at the front desk. So, I read the posted sign at the front desk and waited in line until she came back. 2. Why does Wi-Fi required a full sign in with your personnal information, ie: full name, address...for free access. 3. I do not believe there are operating hour posted outside of the bar/breakfast area.

The staff were outstanding. The gals who checked me in the first night were welcoming and professional. Later during my stay, the front desk gal with the cute pigtails in her hair came all the way to the back entrance to let me in when my card wasn't working, and brought me two new cards. Can't say enough about the tremendous staff at this property!!!! Five stars!

Check in was fine - had to ask how to get to my room. Room seemed clean - but socks got extremely dirty - so floors were clearly not clean. Towels smelled terrible - like burnt. So felt dirty again after showering. 1 of the packets of coffee were opened already when we arrived. Halls were noisy up to and past 11:00 pm. A dog was continuously barking. Breakfast was nice - well stocked and lots of great options - however the staff working the breakfast were not at all friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a sign of an old ceiling leak. Ceiling was bubbled. Otherwise the stay was great!
