Nice hotel, but elevators are slow!

It was a very short stop on our way to vacation. Check-in went fine, quick and efficient. Unfortunately one of room keys did not work, so I had to head back down to get it re-programmed. This happens often, so it is not knock on the hotel. The elevators, however, are the slowest I have ever encountered at such a large property. This was compounded by a large wedding party in the hotel, so it took an very long time to get up, down and back up again after a long drive. The little bar off the lobby was nice and bartender was friendly. Overall a great option in the Parole area,

The hotel is convenient and location right off the highway. I like this hotel for the price and the mall.They have great food locations. Close to the marina. I didn't like was it was a large event that messed up the hotel. They were slamming the room doors after 10 pm. The TV kept freezing and the Jacuzzi was not working. It a clean hotel and beds are comfortable. They come and clean your room every day you stay. You don't have to ask or wonder if your room is going to get cleaned. They have a pool indoors and outside seating by the pool. Unfortunately I don't have pictures.

The pics on the website ARE NOT what the pool, fitness, etc look like AT ALL! hot tub was broken, didnt have our room cleaned until almost 2pm and had to leave when they did it. For some reason i had recieved complimentary breakfasts and my dad who stayed the same time one floor up didnt, when he asked why, he was told i got them by accident because when you book with a third party such as expedia they dont give them to you. If you give them to one give them to one give them to all. We were at breakfast which had limited options or they were out of almost everything, we saw 2 cockroaches by the eggs, DISGUSTING we ended up just going to dennys down the road. Rooms were small and for some reason they put me and my husband in a handicapped room, which not for nothing but if your handicapped or elderly you'd barely be able to move in the rooms.
