Misleading listing

The "restaurant" and "bar" doesn't exist. The only option is coming downstairs during breakfast time where you get charged for a regular continental breakfast by item. There is no restaurant location it is just the lobby. I booked this location thinking we would have an option for a quick dinner and be able to go to the bar for some drinks. Look for other options if that's your plan. If you just want somewhere clean to sleep, this works!

The checkin process went fine. Then the next day I spilled something on the sheets. I requested housekeeping 3 times from 3 different people at different times because they never came. I then went to the front desk to complain but then I was given sheets and had to make my own bed. So basically they don't have housekeeping unless you're checking out. How could you charge $440 for the weekend without housekeeping services. I will never stay at another hilton again. I will also advise my friends and family to stay far AWAY!!!

The property was easy to access off of the highway. The hot tub was closed but not a deal breaker. The hallway carpets need a steam cleaning. The main lobby was fairly clean.

Staff= Fantastic. Friendly. Helpful. Bathroom= Spotless. Well appointed. Very hot water. Strong shower water pressure. Bed= HORRIBLE!!! Felt like it had a cross of 2X4 wood posts under the mattress. Even my husband who can sleep on a bare tiled floor said it was awful. One of the pillow cases smelled like cheap aftershave lotion which made us cringe. Dust bunnies on the phone cord and GARBAGE behind the night stand. We had other family members stay at this same hotel and they were in different rooms. They said their beds were VERY COMFORTABLE.
