Great overnight stay!

Our room (10, 3rd floor) was very comfortable with a lovely large en-suite bathroom. Not all rooms have en-suite facilities. Angela was very helpful with restaurant tips, and cooked us a great hot breakfast. We would have loved to spend more time in Digby, as the town had some interesting shops, and the fresh seafood was wonderful, especially the scallops!

This is an older property and it is clean and tasteful. Room are clean and comfortable and if your lucky you will have a room with a view of the Digby gut . The innkeeper ( sorry I’ve misplaced her name) is very charming and friendly, she made a great breakfast with good strong coffee .. I came with my son over the Easter weekend and she made my son’s morning setting up a chocolate Easter egg hunt for him on Easter Sunday. We totally enjoyed our stay. Just a note some rooms have their bathrooms separate from the room but the bathroom is not shared with other rooms and belongs to your room. It is located in the downtown of Digby and a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. As well you’ll have great views of the harbour and all the fishing boats moored up for some classic Maritime pictures.

The Bayside was a comfortable stay in an historic building, with a great view to the water. As a B&B, it was really nice to connect with others over breakfast. The host is phenomenal and made us feel very welcome at the inn. Highly recommended!

Staff and services are great. It is an older property so cannot expect modern deco and there would be some dated limitations. Property is clean. Very convenient location if Digby is your destination

Lovely charming stay in an old home. Had so much historic charm to the inn. Room was lovely with a comfy bed. Bathroom was quite large. The sink was in the bedroom which was strange but nothing out of the ordinary for an old house. The inn had a lovely view of the sunrise with a sea view across the street. Common living area and sunroom were quaint and cozy. The host was so lovely and made it feel more like an inn. Breakfast was all homemade and so tasty.

The B & B in a century-old house is just across the street from a pretty waterfront with restaurants within walking distance. Angela is a cheerful innkeeper who makes a delicious hot breakfast.
