The hotel is perfectly situated by the old town and the many good restaurants. It is only a ten minute walk to the train/bus station, and the S4 bus stop is by the hotel if you want to get a brilliant view of Mont Blanc from Semonz des Alpages (nearly 6000 feet)

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Perfectly located right next to the lake and in the heart of the old town. Not many amenities but that was fine since the lake is right there. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel across from the beautiful Lac D’Annecy. Staff were excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds and really nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was great as well.

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and bike rentals for the trip around the lake. It was difficult to find a place to park for check in but not surprising with its prime location. The garage they provide spaces in was very close and convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Photo was taken around the corner from the hotel when we arrived, a beautiful place.

Helpful staff, good bedroom although describing the minute balcony as lakeside was being rather economical given the main road passing in front of the hotel then a dirty canal then a large field. A long way to the lake! Breakfast fine as was check in and out.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect place to stay on our way to the Alps. It's only about half an hour from Geneva airport, so very easy to get to.

Recently renewed. Clean. Incredible staff. Good AC. Excellent location, but in a busy street. Family room facing away from the street, so no issues with noice at night. Parking not on site, 2 blocks away, overnight parking covered by the hotel.
