4 out the 5 lightbulbs in the only lamp in the bedroom were missing! Light over mirror in bathroom broken! Holes in bedsheet. Burn on bedside table. Curtains did not cover the windows!

Modern property with good facilities. Slightly out of town (15 min walk) and some building work going on at the moment in its immediate location. We also, being put in a first room floor, suffered from some sound coming up from the bar.
