Had a great stay there! Room is cleaned check-in was smooth just the parking sign not clear so we found a street parking. Nothing much to complain. We just stayed for a night and fly back to istanbul next day.

Unfortunately, although the staff were friendly, the property was not as described on Hotels.com (which we have since raised a complaint about). This is not a beach hotel with a pool bar. None of the listed amenities exist at this property. You have to go across the street to the Akra hotel instead. The fact that people have been reporting this as far back as 2021 and Hotels.com still haven't corrected the information is criminal. I travelled with my fiancé who is disabled with limited mobility and had we known we'd need to travel between properties, we wouldn't have booked. Quite despicably, our booking was non-refundable so if we'd cancelled whilst there, we'd have lost our money and had to find somewhere new to stay. This very much feels like a ploy in which both the hotel and Hotels.com know they're purposely deceiving their customers with misinformation and then state this policy as a way of washing their hands of responsibility. Please update the description of this hotel so other people aren't fooled into believing they'll receive something that is false. At the very least, update the Accessibility section. The room itself didn't feel 4-star and the sea-view we paid for was a joke. The view out of the window was of the main road and the Akra hotel with the smallest hint of sea behind a gigantic flag. All in all, a very disappointing experience which didn't need to occur. The kittens were cute though.

The stay was great although the main facilities such as breakfast buffet, pool, kids club was situated at the man Akra hotel and was a walk across the road to get there, I didn’t mind the walk so much as it helped keep me a bit active while on holiday. Room service was great and standards of cleanliness was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were nice and welcoming. The only thing I would say is that the carpet on the hall way floors were out of place and a bit lifted which can be an easy fix. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it for a getaway.

We stayed one night and then transferred to Akra hotel. Akra V is across the road and we didn’t know we would be going back and forth for breakfast and to access the facilities. It was too hot and inconvenient to do this multiple times a day. Akra hotel was amazing and I would highly recommend. We stayed in the sea view room and had amazing views. I will definitely be returning as I had a great time. The staff were amazing. Pool service was great and we had everything we needed at Akra.

Best feature was the panoramic views at breakfast. The sea and the mountains absolutely stunning! Hotel grounds are kept pristeen. All staff amazing. Special shout out to semra our cleaner! Very smiley and friendly. Thanks. Only bad point that the akra v is on the other side of the road and some services not as good as main akra. Middle of centre so good location, bus stops outside so short ride to old town or terracity shopping

I have travelled to many countries, and stayed at five star hotels and Akra V hotel is one of the best I stayed at. This was my first time in Antalya and I felt very welcomed. The hotel was clean, he staff were lovely. We had access to all the facilities of Akra hotel. The location was great, as its central and other historic sites are not too far away. There is always a Akra taxi waiting outside, with good prices should you need to visit anywhere. I will definitely come again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.
