Hotel did not serves coffee for included breakfast, location is in the middle of busy business area. We were moved to another room after settling in a room so we had to repack.

I was travelling with my friends. We booked 6 rooms. After we got the keys, we started unpacking our luggage. All of sudden one of the staffs said they gave all of us the wrong rooms so we have to replaced our luggage again. This is the first time for me the hotel gave the wrong rooms without checked the reservation. Breakfast quality was poor. They served brown lettuce. Want coffee? You have to pay.

I enjoyed my staying at Bonnie City Hotel, the room was nice and comfortable. Hotel is a 2 minutes walk from a beautiful Bazar, historical buildings and the magnificent view of the sea.

Decent

Position of the hotel is pretty ok, 5 minutes away from the old town and main attractions. Couple of remarks: no coffee in the room (ok you can leave with it) but no coffee available at breakfast (only extra charge- hotel policy). More over they do not offer bottled water for rooms ( you have to pay for the bottled water and the cost is double than the normal price) and breakfast choices were veryyyy limited I would say, no omllette , neither fried eggs or turkish menemen, only boiled eggs were included.

Clean and tidy

The bed was very low and very hard, smoke alarm was flashing all the time positioned right on the top of the bed . small selection of breakfast , if you would like scrambled egg or anything freshly cooked they would charge extra money .Coffee not available on the breakfast counter either . Staff friendly and speaking very good English. Clean and tidy hotel overall.

Nice place

Perfect location. Hotel is newer, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Tram is 6 minute walk. Connects to bus station. Also hotel is walking distance from old town.

A serious air conditioning issue.

This hotel has the external air conditioning units in locked cupboards in the bedrooms of some of the standard rooms. We had a fan going all night in our room, as a consequence, which could not be turned off. There was no sound proofing to the cupboard nor the hotel’s partition walls in general. The WiFi was not reliable and a lot of times there was no internet connection. We were moved to a deluxe room, which was bigger than a standard room, but had nothing deluxe about it, just more space.

Great place to stay in Antalya.

Babak and his staff were very helpful and efficient. There was plenty to choose for breakfast. The room was comfortable and spacious. We felt we were well looked after. The location was very central and close to old town and harbour. Great place to stay.
