We stayed at Elanis Hotel Suites for 10 days and it was a nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early upon our arrival and helped with any questions or needs that we had. The deluxe suite suited our needs with a separate room and a couch bed, a kitchenette and a small washing machine. They didn’t have a coffee machine or French press in the hotel room but did have a hot water kettle and packets of Nescafé, or tea bags. Breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast but with daily additions that changed each day, like borek or fruit pastries or stir fried vegetables, and each day an omelette was offered to each guest - little touches that made it special and nice. There was a coffee machine and Turkish tea available at breakfast each day. The cleaning crew was friendly, quick and efficient. The entire staff was friendly, professional and did a great job. The pool was clean and nice to swim laps. I would stay here again.

Unprofessional behavior.
Didn’t get the room i paid for, got a substantial downgrade, the lady said I’ll get it tomorrow and tomorrow came and she just apologized. Asked to talk to the manager 2 times and nothing happened all I got was a sorry and that’s not good enough. Very unprofessional behavior from the receptionist! The rest of the staff was nice and friendly so feel bad for them that they get this bad review because of one persons inability to tell the truth and handle a situation properly and professionally.

Location is perfect and the accommodation is as well. Daily cleaning service for towels and bed. The breakfast was lovely, there was plenty of options to choose from. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern.

2. Aufenthalt in Elanis. Erneut nichts besonderes zu beanstanden. Eine Mikrowelle wäre gut. Vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis her absolut top in dieser Gegend. Angenehm temperierter, großer Pool. Frühstück ist inbegriffen. Guter Service, Rezeption immer besetzt. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
