Bad service without towel in swimming pool. My package include breakfast and dinner but cannot change to lunch. Room juccuzi is so dirty. Even no bottles of water provided at room.

Beautiful Hotel in a not so beautiful location
Beautiful Hotel, just newly opened and all the furnishings are beautiful, hotel is located in a very quite area, easy to access pool loungers etc. Area around hotel is at the beginning stage of development and is bleak and semi derelict when you look out from your balcony but the hotel itself is superb. It is close to 9km from the old town centre where all the restaurants and shops are, so its a €10 taxi ride approx either way so factor that into your consideration . Not near a beach but it has a lovely pool to relax by. If you want to relax by the pool every day then this hotel is perfect for you, if you want to walk and explore the town maybe consider a hotel nearer town centre. It does reach over 40 degree heat in the summertime but there is a lovely breeze.

My first impression was not that good as I arrived late and there was nothing nearby , but the staff was very friendly and helpful, Hakan was in the reception he helped us with the super market and ordered us food, the overall staff is very helpful with everything and make your stay amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this place as it’s very nice and peaceful. Also not far away from the airport and the city or anywhere you want to go .

Dette hotellet ligger ikke sentralt. Om du har planer om å være mye ute og reise til steder burde du finne et annet hotel med mindre du ønsket å betale for taxi hver dag. Renhold ligger på en 2’er da sengetøy, støv og gulvet ikke ble vasket. Eneste du fikk var rene håndklær. Hotellrommet er fint og stort, du får vaskemaskin og stue + kjøkken og soverom. Men det følger ikke med noe bestikk osv så du må kjøpe alt av vaskemiddel osv selv. Frokosten er det samme hver dag, ingen variasjon i det. Alt i alt et helt ok hotel om du ikke skal tilbringe tid der. Beliggenhet er et stort minus da det er langt unna alt.

It was great. The location suits the one who likes to stay at quiet and peaceful location. The rooms are just amazing from the comfortability,cleanliness etc. The Hotel has many thing to offer like Turkish hammam, Massage, Pool table and many more activities. The pool is great and there is also a poolbar avaiable, so perfect for the one who like to spend there day in the pool. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Now to the bad thing (and only bad thing) The breakfast. I was really disspointed in seeing the breakfast as it wasnt many variaty available.And which shock me the most was the bread, just 2 different bread and they were defintily not fresh. Scrambeld eggs which were almost always empty. I expected more. We saw peolpe walk in and walk straight out. So to say the least the only thing that need to be improved is the Breakfast other than that its definitly worth a visit and they will be seeing me again soon;)

Bu otelde bir kaç gün konakladım, tam olarak fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz. Otel araba ile merkeze 15 dk uzaklıkta bir mesafede. Apart Hotel tarzında. Odalar 1+1, Mutfağınız, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı, fırın hepsi mevcut. Ancak çatal bıçak tabak vs hiç biri yok. 2 bloktan oluşuyor. Açık Havuzu var. Kahvaltısı standart açık büfe kahvaltı. Her gün aynı değişen bir ürün yok. Sıcaklarda omlet, haşlanmış yumurta, ve biber kızartması her gün standart olarak çıkıyor başka bir şey yok. Tüm imkanlar otelin -1. Katında, yemek yeme, fitness, spa, masaj vs. Fiyatından dolayımıdır bilmem oteldeki misafirlerin büyük bir çoğunluğu Suriyeli, İranlı vs. Arap kökenli. Çalışanlarda keza öyle ve gençler. Olumsuz söyleyebileceğim giriş katından rezervasyon yaptırmayın, yabancı turistler hayvan gibi ses çıkardığı için gecenin yarısı uykunuzdan uyanıyorsunuz. Onun haricinde dışarda kendiniz gezip sadece konaklama amacıyla bir otel arıyorsanız fiyatına göre gayet makul bir seçenek. Odaların büyük olması ve havuzu olması güzeldi. Otel yöneticileri lütfen havuza bonesiz girmeyi yasaklayın havuzun dibinde her yerde saç kılları mevcut.

Öncelikle 2 gün konaklama yaptım gayet temiz rahat ve güleryüzlü çalışanları vardı sadece otel içinde restorant fiyatları yüksekti onunla ilgili düzeltme yapılırsa çok iyi olur kararsız kaldıysanız gidin derim.
