Fabulous hotel, with gorgeous grounds, amazing spa with sea water pool and more food than you can imagine in the common dining area (buffet). Ironically the food in both restaurants was extremely over cooked and bland! However, the restaurant away from the hotel (Kuyu I think), had excellent food so we ended up eating there a lot. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, attentive and professional! I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean.

The property, food and service are amazing. We really enjoyed it. Overall we are very satisfied with the resort and enjoyed our holiday. Some recommendations: 1) although heated, we found the pool not warm enough, 2) the quality if cocktail can be better, we found most of them too sweet, i.e they add sugar to mojito
