It is a cute hotel located in a safe and convenient part of Lara. The restaurant and cleaning staff are very nice, but the reception people need a better training in hospitality. They don't bother much with greeting the guests and have an overall unpleasant attitude. They were presumption and not very professional. The hotel has an agreement with two different beaches for a shuttle service, free entry, long chairs and umbrellas but I was never informed of that upon the arrival and learned about it too late.
