My room had an ant infestation.Ants were even on my bed. A/C barely worked in my kids room.when maintannce came they removed the filter and it was so dirty that it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. After cleaning the filter the A/C worked a litle better but it was still far from adequate

Hi, we enjoyed our stay in Pirates Beach Club and were keen to see the improvements. However although the improvements looked good we were not convinced that they lived up to expectations. The new Sports bar was good but the air conditioning was almost non-existent. The upgraded snack bar was outwardly very good but it was just a buffet and we missed being able to order from a menu as it used to be. My boys did not like the ropes around the pier (understand health and safety concerns but maybe a bit too far). we are sure that on our previous visit there were not so many flies so maybe you are not using the fly/insect killing smoke machines any more. what we enjoyed on our previous visit was still there and we appreciated that - good food, friendly staff, good pools, lovely sea and general cleanliness of the resort so keep up the good work.

Otel konum olarak guzel bir yerde biz tatil koyu konseptini sevdigimiz icin tercih ettik.sekiz yil once yine konaklamistik o zamana gore peyzaji gerilemis ve biraz otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyaci var pastane kismini cok sevdik ayrica havuzu cocuklar icin eglenceliydi.Ancak yemek kismi da eskiye nazaran gerilemisti. Personeller ilgili ve samimiydi

Otelin standartları zayıf. Yiyecek içecek kalitesi, ve sunumu, otelin mekânları mekânları, personel kalitesi yetersiz. 5 yıldızlı bir tatil köyü beklerken hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Bir daha Kalmam dediğim yerlerden

Çalışanlar her alanda kullanılıyor.Barmen bi barda kokteyl yapıyor boşları topluyor çay dağıtıyor masa topluyor. Her şey karmaşık. Acaba bayramda personel bulamadıkları için mi bilemedim. Yemekler vasatın altında. Hemde baya altında. Denizi çok güzel. Bahçe içinde odalar doğaya uyumlu. Alkolleri hayatımda ilk defa gördüm. Tequilla yerine agave aromalı bilinmedik bir vodka kullanıyorlar. İçiciler için imkansız bir otel. Bira içenler için uygun. Bir daha kalmam.Bu puan nasıl alınmış hayret ettim.

Otelde covid19 pandwmisi olmasına rağmen çok rahat ettik Plajının geniş olması şezlong ve şemsiyenin yeterli olması bizi rahatlattı Restoranda açık alanda yeterli masa bulunması sosyal mesafeyi korumamızı sağladı Otel çalışanları maskeliydi ve çok saygılıydı Tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık
