We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Service was consistently attentive, whether at reception, restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping kept our room fresh and comfortable every day. The facilities are excellent for both adults and children — multiple pools, easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of a free shuttle to Land of Legends. Our little one especially enjoyed the kids’ club and play areas. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to our stay. The location is also ideal, close to Konyaaltı Beach and just a short ride to Antalya’s Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. We left with great memories and would definitely return! Special thanks to Aylin for her kindness and support throughout our stay — she truly made our visit extra memorable.

The only good part of this hotel was the friendly and smiley bar and kitchen staff. Other than that, I was disappointed. The management’s attitude towards the street cats(which are in the hotel area) was upsetting staff told me feeding them was not allowed by the management which felt wrong in a country where they are part of daily life. My room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. I would not stay here again, or in any Rixos hotels

Rixos Downtown Antalya exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Wonderful hotel, excellent service, starbucks included in the all inclusuve. Excellent food. Only negative is the beach which is pebble, not sand and there are many steps to get there. There is a public elevator, but not working when ws were there. Otherwise super. I woild defeinately stay again.

We had an amazing experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya from start to finish. The facilities were clearly explained upon arrival, and the staff consistently checked in to ensure our well-being and the cleanliness of our rooms.
