I do like the restaurant at the ground floor. But look into the room. It doesn’t make a real thing comparing to the photos published. So simple, so uncozy.

Feels just like home. Excellent Hotel!!!
This hotel was extremely clean and the customer service was impeccable. We felt so much at home that we took one day to simply relax in the room and get some R&R. The food was amazing and from the time we came in the door the staff treated us as if we were family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice get away or even just for a staycation.

Otel konum olarak organize sanayii bölgesinde. Merkeze biraz uzak. Yolda gelirken 21.30da aradığımda ise pazar olmasından dolayı mutfağın kapalı olduğu bildirildi. Havalimanı tarafından geldiğim için güzergahta yemek için uygunluk yoktu. Vardığımda saat 22.00dı. Yaz sezonu için bence çok erken kapatılıyor mutfak. Büfe de ise 1-2 çeşit ürünün olmalı odaları çok güzel olan bu otele yakışmıyor. Umarım düzeltirler.

Bonjour l'équipe Expédia, Vous avez pris en charge ma réservation, et vous m'avez confirmé la disponibilité de la chambre que j ai réservé, et vous m'avez bien envoyé une confirmation de la réservation, Mais en arrivant à l'hôtel, il refusent sue je passe la nuit à l'hôtel, ils m'annonce qu'il n y a aucune chambre disponible pour moi !!!!!! Le pire c'est que vous avez retiré mon argent, alors que je n'ai pas bénéficié de votre service, et à l'hôtel me confirme que c'est l'agence Expédia qui doit me rembourser... j'attends toujours mon remboursement , je vous ai deja contacté par mail ! Et j'attends toujours de réponse ! Sachant que je suis un client fidèle de l'agence Expédia , mais là je suis très mécontent ! Merci de faire le nécessaire en urgence

otel antalyada olmasına rağmen oldukça sakindi, belekteki 5yıldızlı olan otellerdeki gibi bir curcuna yoktu.. biz suit odasında kaldık çocuk var diye ama gerekte yokmuş, odada ki yatak baya geniş çocukla birlikte uyuyabilirsiniz.. kahvaltısı güzel, çalışanlar naif ve ilgili, biz memnun kaldık açıkcası... tek dezavantajı konumu diye düşünüyorum, merkeze biraz uzak ve organize sanayi içerisinde.. gün içerisinde dışarı çıkıp tekrar otele girince bir daha çıkıp gezmek zor...

Otel fiyat performans oranı çok iyi. Personel de elinden geleni yapıyor ancak mesafe biraz merkeze uzak. Sabah namazına uyanmanız garanti çünkü cami otelin dibinde ama bu kadar turistik bir yerde ezan sesi ayarlanmalı diye düşünüyorum özellikle turistleri düşünerek. Bir de personelin sabah kahvaltısında özellikle biten ürünler konusunda hızlı aksiyon alması lazım. Siz söyleyince gerekeni yapıyorlar.

Was etwas eigenartig ist, dass das Hotel im Industriegebiet liegt. Die Dame an der Rezeption und die Putzkraft wollten unbedingt in unseren Zimmer, obwohl wir nicht gestört werden wollten, fanden wir etwas störend. Die Ausrede war, dass der Techniker vorbeikommen will. Wir haben eine Stunde auf den Techniker gewartet und die Dame an der Rezeption hat anschließend nachdem wir nachgehackt haben gemeint, er kommt das nächste Mal wieder. Wir haben hin und wieder gemerkt, dass die Putzkraft uns beobachtet hat. War etwas seltsam. Das Hotel an sich ist ziemlich neu und sauber. Der Saunabereich bzw der Innenpool wird kaum benutzt. An sich Lohnt sich es, wenn man bereit ist jeden Tag in die Stadt zu fahren (etwa 35- 40km). Im Frühstücksmenü gabs täglich dasselbe, keinerlei alternative Köstlichkeiten. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker (40-80TL je nach Speise). Der Fitnessraum besitzt alles was man zum trainieren braucht mit neuen Geräten, also Top.
