I’ve never had to cross a moat to a hotel room before! It added to the charm of this conveniently located hotel. The included breakfast was spectacular! Very close to my grandchildren’s house, but also very walkable to the Central Park and some great restaurants nearby.

Our stay at the property served its purpose for the few days that we were there. Our room was not big but it was cozy. The staff was friendly and answered our inquiries. They organized our transport from the airport which went very smoothly. They made accommodations for my girlfriend’s birthday which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast (which was included in our stay) was great (we had to walk down the street to a sister establishment to eat though). There were menu & buffet options. Having a nice breakfast allowed a great start to our days. Some of the negatives were the noise.You could hear so much going on outside but it calmed down a lot during quiet hours. They were doing construction right next to our room during the day which was highly disturbing. Also the air conditioning did not work! Very disappointed with that bc that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. Also found the room service was a bit lackluster. Our towels weren’t taken out of the room & we had to request new ones. I genuinely want to give a higher rating but there were alot of nuisances that we tolerated. I hope that we are the exception and not the rule. There are things to like about this establishment I just hope they address the smaller issues that can compound for guests.

This Area is lovely and the climate is really perfect. My room at Casa Encantada was not available because there was some damage after a recent earthquake and I was rebooked at the hotel next door: Casa Pensitiva. It was amazing. I appreciate that the staff at Encantada made this switch so smooth for me!

I loved the service and the staff are very nice and professional . The hotel is very cute and cozy. Wish if the room were little bit bigger and has air do I but still very cute and felt great.
