The room was dirty, floors and especially the bathroom. The sink and shower were dirty. When we first arrived to the room, I saw something small crawling on the floors. I assume were bugs from the plants on the outside of the room. When I went to the bathroom, there was a roach with an egg in the shower. What I thought were insects crawling, were small roaches! It was after 12 midnight when we arrived back to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk at that time. I couldn’t sleep thinking they’ll crawl on the bed. I complained the following day and was told that it was exterminated three days ago. I won’t recommend this hotel to no one. Awful!!

The hotel is close to everything, The area is safe with a lot of restaurants and things to do. The hotel really need some maintenance. Front desk staff and housekeeping are excellent.

the location was good, But the room was not in good condition. No fan or air condition so it was very hot And too noise I cant go to sleep until late after 2am, I did not liked the staff . The bed was very uncomfortable to hard and smell bad the bed and pillows. . It was not parking near only 4 blocks far from hotel. ANs it was support to be the breakfast include and them they said no you have to pay one the other half of price TOOOO bad service.

El hotel está ubicado en el Arco de Santa Catalina, el lugar más iconico de Antigua Guatemala. Nos quedamos en el área privada del hotel, qué es muy tranquila, pero solo sales a la calle y encuentras diversión por doquier. Buenos restaurantes, bares y discos a la vuelta de la esquina. La iglesia de la Merced esta a una cuadra y puedes ver procesiones muy hermosas y disfrutar de las comidas locales a un precio muy accesible en la plaza de la Merced. El lugar es ideal, muy concurrido por lo que es difícil encontrar parqueo. Pero la ubicación y el personal del hotel son de lo mejor.
